Scrapbooking Caught Up!

The Family Books...

The Girls Books...

I just wanted to share that I am all caught up on my scrapbooking! Now, for those of you who don't know... I do 4 books a year! I do a book for each of my girls and one for our family. As of now, I am caught up on all the pictures I have taken. My girls get a new book each year that starts with their birthday. I keep them on shelves in their closets so they can pull them out anytime they want to look at them.

I also pulled out my old scrapbooks that have been stored away for years and put them up on shelves so we can look at them. I have had so much fun looking through them! They go back to college days and even pre-Craig days. I have a total of 24 books, with 12 of them being since Craig and I have been dating and married life. The other 12 are of my college days, sorority days and such.

I just need to give a 'shout out' to all those great friends from my past! You have helped me make some great memories and for that I am thankful! Now I'm making great memories with my family too!

Scrapbooking is an awsome way to journal your life, thankgoodness I found out about it!

Jungle Night...

Mrs. Kristin & Kimber

Kimber, the Cheetah expert!
Kimber's first grade class had a presentation tonight. The theme was Jungle Animals. Each of the students chose an animal and worked on a report about that animal for the past month. Kimber's animal was the Cheetah, she is quite the expert now! The kids wore animal costumes and sang Jungle songs and then the room was set up so they could tell facts about their animal as you went by their desks. It was very informative. Kimber was so animated while they sang; she danced, she performed, she sang out! I had at least four different mom's come up to me and tell me that they had a hard time watching their own kids, because they couldn't stop watching Kimber "perform"! She really did do a GREAT job! I think Kelsey and Khloe's favorite part of the night was eating cookies after the program!

I've Been Tagged!

I've been tagged ~by my friend Brenda. It was EAZY!
A) pick up the nearest book
B) turn to page 123
C) find the 5th sentence
D) post the 5th sentence
E) tag 5 (or more) people

"For example, two people form a partnership in which one puts in more money and the other puts in more hours working the business."

Can you guess what this is all about????
I tag Amy, Michelle and Dera... that's all I have on my blog list... so when you do it, tag more people. Have fun!

Kelsey's 5th Birthday!

We had a Birthday Party for Kelsey at Chuck E. Cheeses. It was a lot of fun! The kids I babysit, Grady and Claire, came and so did our neighbor Rebekah. Kelsey had so much fun at her official first friend birthday party. She loves Chuck E. Cheeses and always wants to go there for her birthday. She didn't want a picture with Chuck E. Cheese though, she claimed his head was too big and scarey! We got her a princess cake and she got tons of princess presents. Grandma and Grandpa, Uncle Cody, Grandma WA and Grandpa WA stopped by too. I think Kelsey really enjoyed herself and felt like a real princess all day!

Mortuary School Here We Come!

Hey, just wanted to share with you all... Craig got accepted to Mortuary School! His classes start in August and it's a year program. It's based out of Colorado, but he takes all his classes on-line. He has to take 5 classes a semester and has to go to Colorado for practicle (hands-on) work twice throughout the year. So by next Summer, Craig should be a fully licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer! I am so proud of him and so excited to see him achieve his goals.

Happy Mother's Day for me...

I had a wonderful Mother's Day! Craig made me breakfast, a wonderful treat! The girls made me some cool presents. Kimber made me a basket weave heart art project and Kelsey made me a magnet. Khloe gave me lots of hugs and kisses. They also got me some great presents... slippers, flowers, candy, homemade cookies, a candle and a cross stitch.
Kimber and Kelsey filled out some questions about mom, answered according to them...
Some of Kimber's were...
"My mom is 47 years old and weighs 47 pounds."
"My mom's favorite food is everything."
"I like it when Mom cooks me PB and J."
"My mom likes to cuddle with me."
Kelsey's were...
"My mom is 5 1/2 years old."
"When my mom is mad she says I have to clean up."
"My mom is the prettiest when she takes me to the store."
"My mom always says I am beautiful."
I just have to say I LOVE MY GIRLS! They are so creative and fun! I am one lucky mom!!!
